So, like the title say, this is the problem: When windows try to show the cover art on tracks, this is what happens.. The same happens in WMP 12 but not on Winamp.

There is no problems with winamp showing the covers (see here).
Note: I tag my files with Jaikoz (see here).

Winamp does not embed album art into the music files, it just stores a visible .jpg file with the album name in the same folder.
If you embedded the album art into the music files with this Jaikoz whatever, you should be able to view them by simply changing the icon view in explorer to anything besides "list" and "details"

If not, then you need to embed the album art into the music tracks. You can do that in WMP12. Include a folder in the Library, WMP will automatically update the library and when you find the correct album, just drag&drop the album art on the album art icon to the left. You can remove the folder with Organize -> Manage libraries -> Music and then selecting the appropriate folder and "Remove" (if you don't use WMP12 for playback). You can also delete the album art file since even the retarded Winamp can now read the embedded art from the files.

Those album art (.jpg) files aren't regular hidden files, but are considered as system files... Anyway, like I said, change the icon view in explorer and you should be able to see the album art...

What are you talking about, it's right there!? If the art seems corrupted, use another method of adding it to music files (I already described the steps in WMP12)

As far as I know - which admittedly might not be very far - the usual approach taken by "jukebox" programs is to make a database of cover art and link the track file to the cover art via the database. That way, you only need 1 copy of the cover art for every track on that album.

If you embed the cover art into each file, your music library will get a lot bigger because every file will have a jpg added to it. Unless for some reason you absolutely must have the jpgs embedded in the MP3s, it would be better to let WMP (or iTunes, or whatever) manage the database and free up some hard drive space for you :)

Maybe your cover art database has become corrupted, if the wrong images are associated with the wrong tracks? Deleting the database and letting your jukebox program re-download the cover art ought to fix that.

I fold how to manage this until Jaikoz is fixed.
First tag the files normally in Jaikoz, them you open mp3tag and select the files you want to fix, now save (with mp3tag, off curse).

If you want to fix WMP 12 too, follow this guide: See Guide Here
Note: You may need to manually delete corrupted images from the music folders.

You can check if it works right here, see the pic below ;)
