Probable BSOD when in sleep mode

I say "probable" because only the first time it occurred Windows, when rebooted, gave me a notice with "BSOD" in it and suggesting I posted it on the internet to find a solution.

Anyways, the pc (apparently) keeps crashing - I suppose it shuts down - whenever it enters sleep mode; when I try to wake it up it just boots and asks me whether I'd like to use the safe mode.

The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and it came already installed; i bought this notebook less than a month ago so I'm pretty worried and I wonder why this happens.

Sorry about my English if there are mistakes, and also if I forgot some important info.

Update it or uninstall it.

First of all thank you very much : )

So, I suppose I don't really know how to update it; I tried just replacing the file with the one in the link you posted but leaving the pc alone for a while only resulted in another crash after it went in sleep mode.
EDIT: Also, trying to update the driver through that window you open right-clicking on Computer and going to the Hardware tab etc. it just tells me the driver is up to date.

Unistalling apparently worked - it did not crash again. The problem is, though, that I use that program to connect to the internet with my notebook and that's pretty much needed, so I don't really know what to do next.

I searched for this and if you want to stop the BSOD the only solution unfortunately is the completely unistall.
