Probably Dumb Question

I want to install my copy of Windows 7 on a second computer. I looked at the info that came with Windows 7 and couldn't find anything saying that I couldn't install it on a second computer. However, something in the back of my mind says you can't do that yet I have done it before with previous versions of Windows. So, what happens if I install it on a second computer?

The EULA specifically states ... one copy, one computer ... if you use the same key on multiple computers, your key would eventually be black listed....

You may Install Windows 7 as many times as you like however your EULA only allow 1 Activation per computer

If you had another product key then you may Activate the new install on the Second computer

Unless its the Family Pack, the product code can only be used on one PC at any one time. OEM copies are forever tied to the PC/hardware they are first activated on. Retail product codes can be moved from one PC to another but are still restricted to activation on only one PC at a time. You can install Windows 7 and leave the product code window blank, that will get you a 30 day trial. Even longer if you use the rearm command. I think you can stretch it out to 90 days or so.
