Problem after problem!

I went to start up my computer today and when I did it my stupid power on button got stuck on my case (Phantom 410)
I fixed that then I when I turned it on it said
Main BIOS is corrupted. System will recovery
from Backup BIO. Please don't turn off power
or reset system. It might take few minutes.
I have a B75M-D3H Motherboard.
Should I be worried? Or did it glitch because of power button? I just got this computer september 9th 2012.. Shouldn't be messing up.
I AM GETTING FED UP WITH MY COMPUTER.

How the heck can power button be stuck in case? And how did you fix that?
Did you or someone else let laptop fall on floor

Is bios located just behind power button?

After all that....does it start/boot up normally now.

Yes it is fine now
And it is a desktop. The power button got stuck halfway in (phantom 410 case)
I'd like to fix the main bios if possible.
What do I do if it breaks again?

I have heard that power buttons have got stuck before....the switch and spring inside the button is faulty or going bad and can and should be replaced.

Seeing that the case is fairly new and mordern, if it is still under warranty, I would consider having it replaced.

Now, your BIOS should be fine since it repaired itself and I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to you could see if there is a BIOS update and install that. But be very careful when doing so. If not done correctly you can brick your system (fry it) rendering it useless.

There are quiet a bit of driver and BIOS updates for that mobo.

Ok well would it be possible to switch to back main bios again to see if it is infact corrupted?
And i think I may have pressed down too hard on the power button. when i press it gently it works fine

They are one and the same...a copy that is set aside for just such problems. No different then having the hidden partition of a retail PC that has the OS on it to restore the PC to factory condition in case of a fatal error/corruption. The same for the BIOS backup.

What happens if it messes up again though?
Did the backup bios copy itself to main bios?
