problem changing "All programs" background for custom win7 theme

I'm having trouble changing the background for the "All Programs"...button...on the Start Menu. (see attached pic) I'm trying to make it black, like the rest of the "recently used programs" list. I am using Windows Style Builder, although I am also very familiar with Res Hacker. I just need to know what images to edit. I'd also like to change the color of the "All programs" font to a light grey.

I'm also attaching the aero.msstyles file, in case one of the pictures may causing a problem.

The All Programs button is located at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsTab

The All Programs arrow is located at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsArrow and Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsArrowBack

To change the text color you need to add a text color property at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsTab

To add text color property to the following.
Click on Add Property
Use the drop-down menu under Type choose color under Property choose textcolor then Click OK
It always picks black as the default color click on the color
Picked the color you want and then Click OK

Look at the screenshots below will demonstrate how to add that text color property.

Make sure you add this text color property at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsTab not the location shown in the screenshots.
