Solved Problem changing or restoring logon screen - Help plz !

I tried resizing an jpg with Paint to use it as logon screen and before to save it a message showed saying that i will lose the transparency of the file but I save it and applied anyway.
My mistake cause since then, whatever I tried, I can't restore or replace that ugly thing that I created. I used "Windows 7 Logon Background Changer 1.5.2" , I did it manually by editing the registry but always the same thing, background changes but the white small window from the center it's always there and I can't get rid of it !
Is there any way to restore or change that ?
Thanks ... I would like to to attach a screenshot but I don't know how !

See this tutorial to learn to attatch pictures.

If you have the OS seperate from your main files you can simply reinstall windows.

To reinstall windows it's the only way? And I tried to take a screenshot of the image but I can't do it, pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del to get to the Logon screen ... Paint doesnt work there ... and again, reinstalling the windows its the only solution?

No reinstall is needed. Use a system restore point to before you messed up the logon screen. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html#post4405

You can't take a snip of the logon screen, you need to take a pic of it with a camera.

You could also try Option 2 of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to do this up to 3 times with a reboot after each scan.

So ... that's good now, I tried run "System Restore" but I couldnt find any restore point even if I know I had 2 or 3 of them, so I did run "sfc /runnow" 3 times with restart after each one so all it's good now, I can handle it from here !
