problem entering my admin account when i tried changing my wallpaper

i got a new samsung netbook windows7. when i tried changing my wallpaper using regedit i cannot access anymore my admin account because there is a blank screen only (black).i cannot use the samsung recovery solution using guest account.please help me.thank you

Did you create a registry back up before tampering with it? Why on earth are you editing the registry just to change a wallpaper? A very dangerous thing to do!

i think i cant because what i only see is a blank screen with a cursor.but how do you access into a safe mode?

  1. Remove all CDs and DVDs from the computer.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. At the first screen on restart, before the HP or Windows logo appears, press the f8 key repeatedly.
  4. When prompted, select the Safe Mode option
