- x64
- the original installed OS on the system?
- Full Retail
- What is the age of system (hardware)? BRAND NEW, 1 MONTH
- What is the age of OS installation? BRAND NEW, 1 MONTH

This means some hardware device is defective

Yowanvista is spot on. 124 errors can sometimes be cause by drivers. You have two outdated drivers, both of which, can easily be causing conflicts. Update these two drivers through the links provided.

atikmdag.sys Fri Apr 24 06:51:57 2009 - ATI Video driver (remove the Catalyst Control Center and only install the Display Driver). Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD.

Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 - Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC, Realtek.

Uninstall AVG using this removal tool: Tool (64 bit). If you have Identity Protection installed, remove it with this tool: Tool. AVG is a know cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place.

Follow these suggestions, reboot and see if your system is more stable. Upload any new dumps you get after doing the above.
