Problem!!! Help!

I installed win 7 long time ago...
But there is only one problem:
When i turn on my computer after win 7 screen(screen where are's 4 colors) it restart!
and i do startup repair and it cant fix it....but when i restart it 2/3/4 times then it is normal...
but restarting is pissing me of... is there any fix for this?

We need more details about your computer & the problem you are having.
Please provide the following information -

1. How Windows 7 was installed - Was it an upgrade installation or a clean installation?

2. Provide red error messages in the Event Log for more information:
a. Click "Start", input "eventvwr" (without quotation marks) in theStart
Search bar and press Enter.
b. Go to Windows Logs - Application - note red errors.

3.Fill in your System Specs - User CP - Your Control Panel - Your Profile - Edit System Specs.

4.What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current?

5.What anti-spyware applications do you use?

6.What firewall are you using?

7.Has Norton or McAfee ever been installed on the
computer? (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)
