Solved Problem in installing windows " wallpaper with nothing"

Hi guys it's not the first time i install windows7
the problem is i want to reinstall it
after booting from dvd room
a windows logo appears after that
the BLUE wallpaper appears as it should and cursor with no wizard

tried different install disk the same thing
tried changing Ram Position the same thing
tried disconnecting everything even the hard drive still the same
also tried installing form a usb stick still the same

what appear to be the problem and is there a way to solve it
the system is giving me nothing no hard disk activity nor the wizard

so what's the troubleshooting steps i should do ??????

Where did you get Win7? If you get the same exact issue with flash stick install as with DVD install, then verify the ISO integrity or download another. Have you used this DVD before to install?

Try wiping the HD first: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

If there is question about your HD's integrity, test it with maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan, followed by
Disk Check from the DVD Command Line if necessary.

Next reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI to try install,

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

Test your RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Did all that and solved the problem thanks
