problem in laptop fingerprint

i have a laptop dell vostro 1520 model
i can't enable fingerprint device even i trying search at dell.com and google.com but no results!

i could it enable but any acting even aren't icon to conrol panel

how i must enable it?

However, if you have any other version of operating system click on the URL mentioned and select the appropriate OS and download the Fingerprint Reader driver : http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/vostro-1520
