Problem in Opening Port

I need to run FTP serever with defult port 21 and looking to run Counter Strike 1.6 server with port 27015 and im try all what you disscus in this forum about open ports in firewall and im disable the firewall and still catnt access the FTP server and CS 1.6 server from out side

Then you need to be more specific as to what you have done, what you want to do, the hardware involved, etc.
