Hello,

Today I started my laptop and I found that it gets stuck after the windows load, to be more specific in the log-in screen, once the windows finishes loading with it's logo, the screen goes completely black, no mouse cursor, no even back-light as if the screen loses power, I tried entering with safe mode and it works, but now what should I do to make it back ? I tried to scan for damaged files by sfc /scannow, but it found no problems at all.

Requesting help ASAP.

Regards.

Same issue, nothing happened, I also tried removing the Nvidia display driver from safe mode then entered normal mode it worked, but with the normal VGA, then I re-installed the driver, same thing happened.

Yes I am using the latest.

Also I have done sth 10 mins ago, I connected an external monitor to the laptop while it was in black screen and it worked on both screens, once I disconnected it got back to black.

Double check to see what you have set for you screen resolution, refresh rate, and color depth to make sure that they are set to the recommended settings for you laptop's screen.

If that checks out, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened may help.

In that case, boot to the Advanced Boot Options screen, and select the Last Know Good Configuration (advanced) option to see if it will boot normally afterwards.
