Problem in windows 7

i just installed windows 7 ultimate and got error i dont know what exactly but when i shut down the pc and start it again it will prompt if i start normal or safemode etc....
and its a fresh install
i checked the event log and this is what i got

It is pretty straight foward, Eset Nod32 cause it. Please remove Eset Nod completely. If you need an alternative program while not having Eset, you can try Microsoft security essential, it is known for BSODs free.
How to uninstall or remove ESET Nod32 antivirus totally?

Also, to make sure this is not memory problem (exception code c000005), Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
