I just got CS4 in the mail today and when i went to go install it the Autoplay installer came up and asked me if i wanted to run the program. When i double clicked on the Ps icon a window came up saying "File Access Denied".

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I launched the setup directly off the disk (CS3). I can't remember but I may have just out of habit right clicked it and selected "Run as Administrator".

Otherwise the install was uneventful.

Can anyone give me some advice for a trouble free install who has CS4 Master on their system? My partner has just bought this and she has asked me to put this on our system. I put this on Vista x64 before I changed to Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I remember the only problem I had was that when I ran command promp as administrator it came up as adobe version cue in the cmd prompt box for some reason. I would just like to increase my chances of the install running smoothly with no hickups. It took about 2hrs as well and once it crashed on the last disk and I had to do it again so if I can avoid this then all the better.

I could easily do a custom installation to install everything else apart from version cue as we won't be working in a team environment or anything like that, we will just be doing some projects at home.

Also does it matter how many programs I have installed on Windows 7? I am concerned as this is quite a big package. I seen a thread on seven forums at some point where it talked about "how many programs do you have installed" but I can't find it anywhere or I would refer to it".
