Problem installing Bluetooth BlueAnt v9i driver

computer; HP 6710b
OS: Win7 Enterprise 32bit
RAM: 2GB

I am able to download the the driver, but it will not install. Am logged in as local administrator. Computer's Bluetooth driver has been updated ok. Am lost as to why the driver will not install. Please help...
