Problem Installing Theme - HELP!

'Ello everybody , DD Here and i'm not sure why, but my Windows 7 x64 bit RTM cannot install new themes!
I wanted this theme:
Soft7 1.6 for Windows 7 by ~AP-GRAPHIK on deviantART

So i followed that persons instructions - I turned my UAC off, i restarted, i then patched my files, restarted and then tried to use that theme, i extracted and etc. etc... But when i double-clicked the theme, it made my normal Aero desktop turn into that ugly desktop with the non-shiny aero on, the one where its all sort of light blue

That theme works perfectly on my system.
Did you use the Universal Theme Patcher? If so, did you use the x64 version if it?
Where did you copy the theme? You need to copy the theme to %windir%\resources\themes. And apply it from there.

Is %windir%/Resources/Themes the same as :
Windows/Resources/Themes ?

Because thats where i did it. And im going to try it now using another theme patcher, and yes, i used the Universal Theme Patcher.
