Problem installing Windows7 RC1

Each time I try to install RC-1 from the image disk I receive the following message. "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation." Computer currently is running Vista Ultimate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

Welcome to SevenForums. Are you booting from the dvd to a new partition? or are you running setup from within vista?
