Problem installing Windows7 USB/DVD Download Tool

That looks like an outdated tool, and Microsoft doesn't provide downloads anymore (if these use the same).
If you have a retail license than download from Microsoft Software Recovery (only exception)
However, you can try installing the tool to root of C,D,E etc. But I am not hopeful. (the error usually means you have a path with more than 255 chars(?)).
