Problem making new connection!

I installed windows 7 few days back on my core 2 duo PC,,
but there was a problem in making a new PPPoE connection,, whenever I click on connect computer restarts,,
& reports "blue Screen Error"

(tried both ethernet & usb mode)

I have reinstalled win 7 but this prob still persists

thr is no other problem using windows 7...

Is thr a solution to it,,

Probably just a driver problem but lets see. go into device mananger (type devmgmt.msc in search) go to the network tab and expand it. there should be 2 devices listed (wired and wifi) are they both there? does either have a yellow triangle on it? are there any other "unknown" devices with triangles?

second coul we get your system specs (put them in the lower left corner of your post) so we know what hardware you have
