problem on install sidebar gadget, please help

i have just try to install some new gadget from Windows Live Gallery, but the gadget i download cannot install, first, i click on download on some gadget, it pop up ask me to install or no, i click on install, but there is no specify problem to open the gadget, i try to re-located sidebar.exe to open the gadget but it nothing happen (please have a look on below picture), this is no happened to some gadget, but with all gadget, seems that there are some problems on the program which used to open and install gadget, can anyone help me with this installation problem?? thx...

My Computer

From the Start Orb > type shell:gadgets > Then click on shell:gadgets at the top of the list

This opens the location of all the gadget folders. Then drag & drop the gadget folder you want into this location. Then right click on desktop to bring up your menu with gadgets near the bottom. Click on it to open it & see if you NEW gadget is listed :)

thx, but there isn't any gadget folder, as i mentioned, the gadget download from Live Gallery is a ".gadget", not a folder, normally when you double click on ".gadget"(which should be the installation of the gadget), it will automaticly install and you can open it by right click--->gadget, but what i'm getting is i just cannot install it, when i double the ".gadget", it nothing happen...
