brothers i have a problem when i printing the document it only be in black how can i change it to the colour

Hi,
To change the printer driver to grayscale, follow the procedure below:
Go to “Printing Preferences”.
Click the “Basic”tab and choose “Plain Paper” in Media Type.
Click the “Advanced” tab.
Click the radio button “COLOR”in Color/Grayscale.
Click“Apply”->“OK”.
Now you can use the machine as a Color Printer.
Share your comments if it solved your problem.
