problem opening fifa manager 10

hello...
im trying to open fifa manager 10 in windows7 as i just upgraded it from windows xp..

and it doent open..

i click open and nothing happens..

then i try to open using the 'trouble shooting comtibility'..

then an error message shows:

'total manager 2004 is not installed correctly.please reinstall'...
zzz..
