Problem rebooting my computer

When i power up my computer it aotomatically sand me to a window called "startup repeir"
"Startup repair cannot repair this computer automaticlly"
Problem event name : startuprepairoffline
Problem signature 01: 0.0.0.0
Problem signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385


What shuld i do?
Btw- i tried to reboot my computer

I tried and got stuck at stage 10
I got only regback from the stuff i suppose to have

What drive is your OS on, C: or D: when you follow the instructions?
Were you able to CD \windows\system32\config
If yes then you should see C:\Windows\System32\config>
What did the dir command show?
