problem regarding usb port

hello sir...
i have hp pavillion g6 (windows 7-home basic).
whenever i insert a pen drive in it, the files in the pen drive convert into shortcut files.
and doesn't run properly
i also have a doubt about .netshrink compressor
whenever i start my laptop, a messege is shown by computer.
" the file is compressed with .netshrink compressor

Hello and welcome panchalsanish I have great doubts about that program too my friend - did you put it on?
Personally I would be uninstalling it and see what happens if nothing then reinstall it if you must.

Use Revo to uninstall if the Windows feature doesn't want to get rid of it.
