I want to make a Multiboot USB with Windows XP, Seven, 8 and Windows 7 Live. Problem is Seven and 8 are same with directory and file name. So File and directory will be overwritten if i do it manually. I tried Yumi and other tools to do this job. These tools give the chance to add only seven or 8. I tried also SARDU. But it does not works fine I think. I already made many Multiboot with Yumi, SARDU and manually for different works. But I’m failure in Windows Multiboot. Any suggestion please?

Hi,
your test with SARDU is with FAT32?
Your ISOs are unmodded?

Can you tell me what don't works?
XP? Seven? Eight?

Thanks for reply. I tried NTFS for quickly file copy suggested by many forums.
I have been using SARDU for a long time. It's fine tool. But I found a great problem with this tool is "USB Bootable problem". I used yumi in Same USB, same ISO and same pc. It boots fine and I never faced problem with it. But SARDU Bootaable USB doesn't boot often. So I just work with SARDU and copy and customize all contents to Yumi bootable USB. I made many Bootable USB, CD/DVD in this way and still working.

You can't have Seven + Eight with NTFS. This works only with Fat32

I don't have reports of errors with boot. Can happen that the pendrive is corrupted but formatting them with rmprepusb all reworks fine.

Anyone reports that can't works becouse have a install.wim largest 4 gb (isn't a issue of SARDU)
Anyone reports that can't works becouse have a nLited copy of XP (isn't a issue of SARDU)

I and thousand of users made a multiboot with SARDU and all installers using original ISO.

If you make anothers tests and if I can help you let me know.

Are you trying to boot the OS's from a USB stick? I think that will only work with Win 8 Windows to go feature.

Thanks Davide and Britton30.
I tested Windows XP setup from USB with another tool in FAT32. It takes long time. So when I worked with SARDU for Windows ISO, I used NTFS. But shows txtxetup.sif error 18 problem in xp. I think problem is USB file system. What’s problem in NTFS? What to do for quick setup?

OK, I’ll try again with FAT32 and feedback here as soon as possible.

Thanks Davide. I tested and with respectfully I’m writing my result.
I formatted USB to FAT32. I added XP Professional SP2, Win7 Live PE, Win7 OEM AIO, Win8 .1 Pro_x86_x64. All I ISO I tested separately and work fine.

My Result:
1. XP Runs well with slow copying file. For short time I didn’t complete setup.
2. Win7 Live also worded fine. Only it’s restart, shutdown option didn't word. But it’s not problem to me. It’s not very necessary.
3. Win7, Win8 are not booting. After pressing menu a black screen comes with some massage. I attached 3 screenshot for you.

Best solutions is make one test with one ISO at time

1. XP Runs well with slow copying file. For short time I didn’t complete setup.

Is one nLited copy? The install of xp need two step. After step one you need to restart and choose step 2.
You made the two steps?

2. Win7 Live also worded fine. Only it’s restart, shutdown option didn't word. But it’s not problem to me. It’s not very necessary.

:) I support only the ISO :D

3. Win7, Win8 are not booting. After pressing menu a black screen comes with some massage. I attached 3 screenshot for you.

Are standard ISO or moddeds ISOs?
If they are modded the install.wim is smaller than 4 gb?

Yes, I know about two menu and I got it in my SARDU.

I made Win7 ISO from my OEM DVD and other Win8 Pro is downloaded ISO. I didn't customized any one of the ISO's. Of course I tested all ISO's separately in many PC with other tool and still using. All work fine. Now I've three Bootable USB for three ISO. I want just make it one. For your kind information, I'm a hardware troubleshooter. I always works with troubled PC. Thanks again.

No one answered my last post. Are you trying to boot an OS from a USB stick?

I found my problem, Davide. I tried my test many times with Same ISO.
Testing:
1. I Tested Windows 7 Live and Windows 8 together. It Worked fine.
2. I Tested Windows 7 and Windows 8 together. It Worked fine.
3. I Tested Windows 7 Live, Windows 7 and Windows 8 together. It Worked fine.
4. I tested Windows XP single. It Worked fine.
5. Finally I tested Windows XP, Seven, 8 and Windows 7 Live together. It also Worked fine. In this step I just tested all but didn’t completed any setup. 1’st I run win8 till all partitions comes. Then I aborted it. Next I run win7 till all partitions comes. Then I aborted it too. Next Win7 live. Finally I run Win XP but I also aborted setup before 1st session completed. All of my tested works fine. That means I’m successful.

Problem.
After step 5 I decided to run full setup of Win 8. But now I faced problem with same black screen. I didn’t make any changes of my USB. That means my uncompleted XP Setup made any changes in my USB. It may be temp files or cache. In 1st time I also tested XP 1’st when I submit you screenshot. What can I do now?

My opinion is that the bootsect was corrupted.
Barrosu settings can fail only if the user change them manually
