If you can read other websites easily, then this message means that either
1. The download server is not working and you should try again later
or
2. The download server is actively refusing to download to your computer, probably because of your location.

yes probably (due to the bans against Iran). So isn't there any way to solve this problem?

You appear to be using Internet Download Manager.

Is there no way you can just go to the site and download it directly?

I searched more than two hours for those locations. Apparently all direct to that original source that leads to failure.

My machine is fine. I want to use this tool for another machines. Sometimes accessing into those machines is impossible and should reinstall the Windows but for correcting the size and the order of their HDDs I need to partition them from boot. For many another reasons too, I exactly need to some bootable tools like minitool or easeus.

PS: I have paragon tool which is bootable but don't know is it as fine as those two are!

The Best Practice for install is to boot the installer with all other HD's unplugged, delete all partitions and create New as you wish, format before install using the Custom install Drive Options shown in Step 7 of Clean Install Windows 7 :

If you'll let us know of any special partitioning you'd like we can give you a way to do it from the WIn7 installer during install.

@greg: I completely appreciate your trying to help me and for it I thank you. But what I lack is a bootable partitioning tool.:)

Did you try the paragon tool? Is it a good one?

Paragon and Easeus tools are fine.

If you need a bootable partitioning tool we would be the first to tell you. We use Partition Wizard CD here daily helping with every imaginable operation. In fact this site made it the top partitioning tool by far.

However partitioning before install can more easily be handled using the installer, so in that case having an extra tool is not necessary when a few extra clicks will create the partitioning you want during install. Those tools are built into the Win7 installer.

Simply delete all partitions first, then create New of the size you want across the HD, format and install Win7 to the first large partition you created. Ignore the small boot partition. Any adjustments can be made in Disk Mgmt after install, or post back a Disk Mgmt screenshot and we'll give you the steps as we've done for tens of thousands of others.

Simply delete all partitions first, then...

The point is that I don't want to delete all the partitions because of the valuable data stored on some drives. Is there an option in that Windows 7 installer which lets me only partition and resize some drives not formatting all the HDD?

Data should always be backed up externally in case the HD should fail. Use an external HD or another internal HD>

Another modern method is to back up to the cloud using a solution like this free one which allows you to store and sync your files at the same time and make them available on the internet: Sync, Backup and Store your Files to the Cloud with Skydrive - Windows 7 Help Forums.

It is risky to do either partitioning or an install while files you need are on the HD without backup. If you do this you must know exactly which partition they are on and not touch it during install. There is still no guarantee.

You can delete all other partitions and create new in the space.

Umm. OK.

Your comments are very precious. Thank you.

Well thank you. :geek: I know data can be precious too so I wanted to offer all options.
