When I want to turn on my computer, After pressing the power button, the lights and fans start but not the computer itself. I need to turn off (by holding the power button pressed) and on several times until finaly the computer starts.
I wonder if anyone could kindly help me in this regard.

One of the first things I would suspect for this issue is a failing Power Supply (PSU).
The initial power draw at start up is much higher than when the PC is running.
How old is your PSU, and what make and model?

Please fill in your System Specs.
Click User CP at the top of the SF page, then click Edit System Spec

Thank you David7ncus for your quick reply.
I have updated information about my PSU. One thing that I wanted to add is that sometimes when my PC is on if I restart my PC, it goes to the same situation as I have written before.

You need to fill in ALL your system specs for better advice.
Use the links I gave you to gather as much info as possible.

Is your PC a self-built, custom-built, pre-built PC, ...?
If you have a pre-built, include the make and model in your specs.

What GPU (Video Card) do you have, and did you do an upgrade from the original?
The GPU is one of the most demanding components for power requirements.

Seasonic and Corsair are known for quality PSU's.
