problem with add hardware wizard

Dear Tech.

Please see the attached file when i tray to add hardware wizard as below link to add TAP VPN device as what tech tolled me there.but i get this problem in windows 7 test purposed 7000.

try running hdwwiz.exe instead either via the run dialog or by searching from the startmenu's search box. it's hidden well away in the system folder for windows 7 for some reason.
