I have 4g(2x2g) of ram(DDR 3) memory works on 1333MHz (kingston), AMD Sempron(™) 140 processor 2.7GHz, win 7 ultimate x64 SP 1 ...

with memory i don't have problem because of 4g ram, only with CPU usage -.- , and if i want to watch movie or play game, i must restart my computer and then play.. -.- :(

Try disabling Enhancements:
Sound > Playback tab: select your playback device and click "Properties".
On "Enhancements" tab, tick "Disable all enhancements". Click "Apply". OK.

hi, i try that, bat, when i disable Bass Management i don't have bass effect, don't hear bass in sounds, movies etc, like i don't have the bass.. :/ and, speaker fill, same, but here i don't hear anything, when i disable speaker fill, i don't have sound at all.. :/ so, i must enable that two options, bat everything else i disabled.. and, hm, still same, only its using a little less, around 50%, and, the same, first i have to restart my computer to play a game, or watch movie, but, not every time :D yay :D but still is annoying.. :/

thanx
