Problem with Certificate Propagation

Hello all,

I'm not sure if it's here that I have to post, but here it goes:

I have an application to sign digital documents.
It uses a smart card reader and a card (token that contains the certificate and private key).

In Windows XP and Vista the app runs very well and I have no problems.
But in Win 7 the certificate doesn't appear.

I discovered that exist a service that make a certificate's copy to my Personal Certificate Store (I can see the store using -> execute MMC >> File >> Add/Remove Snap-ins >> Certificates). And my application reads this location.

The Certificate Propagation and Smart Card drivers are running.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 (tested in two machines: one with Win 7 x64 Standard and another with Win 7 x64 Ultimate, same problem).

When I put the card in the reader windows tries to instal a "smart card driver" but it fails (image attached).

The strange thing is: In the Internet Explorer certificates, the token certificate is shown and can be used along IE. How IE access the token?

Someone already faced this problem?
Thanks in advance! And sorry about my english :(

What model is the card reader? Are there any Windows 7 drivers for it? Any link in Action Solution for a possible solution? Checked Reliability monitor and set a report of the issue?
