Problem with corrupted pdf's, office and txt files

I am using windows 7 and I have a problem that after sometimes that windows is running some of my pdf's, office and txt files are being corrupted.... the files are sometimes corrupted and sometimes not..

your softwares of making that files maybe corrupted.
if you have moved any programmes files,
it it may be happen.
make sure that your softwares are in "
windows local disk C , and inside "PROGRAMMES FILES"

thanks you, but all my programs: office 2010, adobe etc... are located in the right path and even had been re-installed!
