Ok, when deleting random files, im getting this

this is on D:, which isnt system partition... i have system on C, and data partitions are D and E

sometimes it just delete file, sometime it just show me this, or telling me that i need permissions from Administrators (Ivan-PC/Aministrators).

i am sure that im logged in as administrator.

Im using win7 x64, service pack 1...

i am only user of this computer, only this user acount active, its administrator...
(unlocker says there is no process using this file)
how to fix this for all partitions? as administrator i want to be able to delete any file without problems (i dont want to delete active files or system files)

Hi Orion,

You could try deleting via the command promt! see if this works.

Right click on your taskbar..click start task manager...goto processes..click on explorer.exe....end the task...your desktop icons will dissapear...then on your task manager goto file, new task..type cmd.exe now type (cd..) then type cd Program Files (x86) then type delete Electronic Arts...think this should work..

Let me know if this works

Do you use Malwarebytes? If so this has a tool in it that might let you delete a locked file...start Malwarebytes goto the more tools tab..then try fileASSASSIN....

Was the ProgramFiles(x86) folder created by copying from C:\ Drive? Perhaps the various permissions tagged along. A freshly created folder ought not have the attendant permissions.

no, i was not copying program files to d, i just installed game to D, and thats the way folder got created.
now, i have installed and uninstalled tom clancys future soldier and folder left, i tried to delete, it said i needed administrators rights, i changed its ownership, to me, Ivan-PC, and it said i need rights of Ivan-PC (and both groups have full control)

malware file assasin cant do anything, it says that folder is used by some application/process but there is nothing inside,

i just log off, log on and deleted folder as usual... i dont want to log off and on all the time when i want to delete something :S

I still have problem on any partition C (win7 + programs) and D (games etc)... strange thing is, that i can rename and delete folder, but i cant just delete it.

If i try to delete folder, it asks for Admins permissions (which is current owner) and when I change it to my only admin user acc, Ivan-PC, it asks for Ivan-PC pemissions, and read this, it asks for permissions even if both are set to full control in propertis of folder > Security > Advanced

why i cant delete simple folder with some non-virus files in it if i have full control??
