Solved Problem with Error 80240020

Alright so ever since I reverted the windows 10 update and went back to Windows 7, it keeps showing me twice a day under my update history that Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro has failed, although I do not want it anyway, but it still forces itself to do it every day and I've noticed lagspikes during game just because it keeps doing it.

So my question is that how do I disable Windows Update to stop doing that, w/o disabling automatic Windows Update itself. Literally the update history is like full of that shit and it's actually pretty annoying.

Alright what you do is that you switch settings to Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them.
