After a certain power failure, my GPU was underperforming. Windows Experience Index even gave a very low score on reassessment.
Then after checking everything, i concluded that the reason is that the driver is corrupt (even thought there's no warning about it as if nothing happens). I reinstalled the driver from nVidia (the latest 344.40 i think, in that moment).
It worked. It ran smooth, it could play games and movies like before.
But the problem comes back after/everytime i restart my PC. The GPU is going back slow again and nothing indicates that the driver is wrong. I reinstall the driver again, and it works again. But it's always like that on restart. It became quite frustrating after a few days (even though i rarely restart my PC) because i was working with something else that required me to turn off my PC.
Today, i updated the driver to 344.60 (the latest latest). I thought the problem would go away because it had occurred to me that somehow 344.40 was a buggy driver. But it persisted.
Just now, my Internet connection was disconnected for 2 minutes, and after it reconnected, this GPU is running slow again
i had to reinstall the driver again for it to run smooth again.
Please help, i don't know what is wrong. The Windows maybe?
PS: the information of my CPU and Windows is correct
