Hi. My new Windows 7 computer is having trouble talking to my hp color laserjet printer. I print on polyester labels so I use the tough paper setting, which makes the labels print very slowly. I have had no difficulty with my old Vista computer. The new computer, no matter what the setting, the labels will only print one speed (and hence fuzzy). I had a printer tech work on the issue for 3 hours and it has to be a software issue. Any ideas?

The fonts don't matter. When you print on plain paper, any printer prints very quickly. When you print labels, for example, the printer takes longer. Polyester labels take even longer. The problem is even though I'm telling the hp printer to print slowly, it's not. I know it's a windows 7 issue b/c when we switched back to the vista printer, the labels print fine on the slow setting. I hate computers.
