Problem with Icon

Hi to all. I'm new in the forum so I have a little problem when I right click on any icon on my desktop I get for a fraction of second a window(can't read it close too fast)then the regular window open? I have try everything I can think off but nothing works. What can be wrong? Help is nned it.
