I have not been able to watch video on www.mlsnet.com using the versions of IE 8 that comes on both the Windows 7 beta or RC1. Attempting to do so just locks up IE.

I was hoping that someone else might give it a try and let me know if you are seeing the same problem.

Go to www.mlsnet.com, then go to the video section of the site and click on a video that opens the media player in a seperate window. The media player window just locks up.

Thanks!

I get a pop up for the media player in IE8 and it just stays as a black screen. No video ever starts.

Thanks for trying it out for me. Its great to know that the problem is not just my installation.

I just got a new laptop and loaded Windows 7 RC1. On this computer, when on the same network as my desktop, I AM able to view video on www.mlsnet.com.

Same OS, Same network connection, Same version of IE, Same website, different computers..... On one, attempting to watch video using the Windows Media Player ActiveX control in IE causes a lock-up, on the other it works fine.

Hard to imagine what the problem might be.
