problem with installation

Hi, when i installing a clean install of win7 RC, system call error about aliide.sys. The file is corrupt or missing. Please help me. I attached a screenshot.

This can be caused by a bad burn. You may need to burn another DVD but using the slowest speed to reduce burn errors.
