problem with my local drive D:/

I have a problem with one of my folders I created a while ago in my D drive
No matter how many times I got it clean
It comes back again like I didnt deleted it
Please help me figuring it out

Hello Malakeh & Welcome to SevenForums!

Does this happens when you restart your machine? If it's some files in AppDATA or some folders as Windows use, it's normal. Same goes for games. You should delete your multimedia files, and have no problems with that, unless they're related to Windows, Games etc. then they'll be back probably. Usually, when you deleted a folder for a game to fix a problem, then you'll start it, and it returns!
So what files are you trying to delete?

Oh! And I think you posted in the wrong place as this is not driver related

no its not windows folder
its some folder i created to copy a bunch of mkv video files in it
but now i cant delete it

Don't worry about the wrong section. It will be moved sooner or later.
Does it give you an UAC warning while you delete, or an error, message etc.?

See how this goes:

Open a command prompt. Windows key+R type cmd - hit enter. Navigate to the folder containing the vam folder.

Now open task manager. Right click the clock/task manager. Then Processes. Find explorer.exe. Highlight then end process. Leave task manager open.

Now go back to the command prompt & type rd van - hit enter.

Now go back to the task manager/Applications/New task. Type explorer.exe - OK.

Reboot & see if it stays gone.

Was this a folder YOU created or some software? If it was software there could be some remnants in the registry.

no it was just a new folder i created
i renamed it
but it's coming back with the old name
