Problem with my screen ???

can you please take a look at this picture....

every time i try to move a window....a small black box appears...
this isn't normal , is it ??

what cud be d cause ??

can you please take a look at the picture that i've posted once more...... when i tried to move windows explorer from the center to the lower left corner of the screen ....it just shows a black transparent window.. instead of the whole windows explorer moving ....

Open Control Panel ->Performance Information and Tools -> Adjust Visual Effects -> Settings, look for "Show window contents while dragging", make sure it's checked.
