My speakers seem to be emitting a wierd buzzing sound when doing the following things:
Playing eve online
Scrolling in internet explorer
viewing facebook in firefox
moving windows around the screen
Minimizing and maximizing screens

Even when muted, the sound still comes out. I am not sure what to do. I tried updating drivers and checking for loose wires, but nothing has worked. Please help?

I have windows 7 on this http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySavedW...aspx?ID=9164925 if that helps.

I can still hear normal sounds, but it still makes the buzzing sound.

What speakers are you using? I had a 2.1 logitech cheap set, $40, that would buzz all the time. It was OK as with any sound you could not hear it but it was there none the less. They would also "buzz" more when moving the mouse or windows. New speakers, no buzz. :D

With updated drivers and cables checked it might have something to do with the shielding in the speakers. Try moving them, it did not help my old set but worth a try.

Good luck,
