Problem with my themes

I've tried to find similar or same threads but I didn't...scuz me if there are...

I've lost my all themes and I don't know how.Ok I've downl some but I can't install it...???? and those themes in windows resources are damaged.Icons are damaged,can't use it. big question WHY? and what can I do about it?

Question WHY can be anything - hard to say. But try SFC /SCANNOW in elevated cmd. Maybe it can fix it.
