Problem With new Graphics Card

I recently Purchesed the XFX 6750 and when i plug it in to my computer and boot it up and try to disable onboard graphics it doesnt see the card im not sure what i am doing wrong

Make sure your power supply can handle it, it requires a minimum of 500w and a free 6 pin connection.It looks like from you specs your power supply is not powerful enough to run this card.
