problem with programs that need reset for installation

hi
I try to install 2 program that need rest to complete installation.
after reset, widows can't load and try to reset again. until I choose last good known windows option .that end installation.
what should I do?

I would be helpful if you told us the programs you are referring to.

It would also be helpful if you filled in your system specs.
Use this tutorial by Brink. Also list the security programs you are using in your specs.
