Problem with Realtek HD Audio

Hi guys, hope someone can help me. I just installed Windows 7 Professional on Acer aspire m1610 which using SIS672 chipset and built in Realtek HD audio. The latest driver from realtek is R2.41 for vista & 7. So I downloaded it and install.But there's some problem when playing music or sound.It sound like chuckles and really annoying.

So I just rollback my driver to default Microsoft driver and its okay without chuckles noise however I can hear a little noise when doing some work like scrolling web browser, copy & paste file etc. Anyone using these machine and did you guys got problem with that?
