Problem with screen

wen i hibernate or put ma lap to sleep after i turn on some multicolor small lines goes all over da screen.it s not possible to explain in words.when i restart it works properly.cn sumone help me?????

1. run a malware scan using a freeware like malwarebytes.
2. plug in your laptop to an external monitor. If the lines go away, it means your video card is fine.
