problem with security center

the action center notify me to turn on windows security center, but when i tried to open the security center it shows (windows security center cant be start)
please help me!!!!!!!

Try this:
Start->Run,then type Services.msc and enter.Find the Security Center service right-click it,select Automatic and select Start.
