Most likely you are missing the audio driver.

If you give the make and model of the computer, someone here may be able to find a updated driver that will work properly for you.

The red cross over the speaker icon means that the sound is off. Double Click on the speaker and the volume control will open up. You will probably see another speaker with a red cross on it. Just click it one time and your sound should work. Let us if we helped. Thanks,

when mouse is over on the speaker icon, i see this message: "No Audio Output device is installed" and i think this is the problem, but i dont know how to resolve it, please tell me, how to install Output device?

It might be helpful to right click the speaker icon, select Playback Devices and see if your speakers are there with a green check.

The missing driver mentioned may be a factor since having a speaker muted shows a red circle with a line... Windows will normally install some type of sound driver.

Other things you might check is whether you have an HDMI output selected for sound output.

On right click the speaker icon, if select Playback Devices, I see: "no audio devicess are installed", but with program "everest", when I click on "sound video and game controllers" I see submenu: "High definition audio device" and see this properties:
Driver description: High definition audio device
Driver Version: 6.1.7600.16385
and etc

So I dont understoood, what happens? the audio driver is already installed or not? if not, what is this: "High definition audio device" in my computer? and if yes, why is this message: "no audio devicess are installed" in Playback Devices?
Please help me

As I said in my first post, if you can provide more basic information about the make and model of the computer we can probably track down the 'audio device driver' you need.

If it's a computer you purchased prebuilt it should have a sticker on it somewhere with a model number.
usually on the bottom if laptop or on the back panel somewhere if desktop.
Some older hp's have the model number right on the front of the case.
