problem with taskbar Aero

I have some probelms with Aero in taskbar again. I have some ss.
And I als ohave probelms with Windows Explorer in taskbar. It's don't show my pinned folders or recent files.
Oke I have now that kind taskbar.

Everything was alright yesterday. I havent updated my Win7 yet. When it came I tryed to rollback to 4.5.10 but its still same.
Can someone help?^^

taskbar properties is not where you enable aero. go to the desktop and right click and go to personalize
